Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Return review and refunds

After we receive the returned item, we will review the return and confirm the refund outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
